1. Listing Requirements
Sellers must provide accurate and complete information for every account, page, or channel listed on the LoginUSLab Marketplace. Misleading descriptions, false claims, or incomplete listings may result in listing removal or account suspension.
2. Communication Policy
All communication with buyers must take place exclusively through the LoginUSLab Marketplace messaging system. Conversations conducted outside the platform cannot be verified and may not be considered during dispute resolution.
3. Payout Schedule
To protect both buyers and sellers, all sales are subject to a 14-day holding period. Your earnings will become available 14 days after the transaction date, provided no active dispute exists for the order.
4. Disputes & Refunds
If a buyer opens a dispute within the 14-day protection period, the payout for that transaction will remain on hold until the dispute is resolved. If LoginUSLab determines that the buyer's claim is valid and the dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, the buyer will receive a full refund, and the seller will not receive payment for that transaction. If the dispute is resolved in the seller's favor, the held payout will be released to the seller.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for transferring complete ownership of the purchased account, page, or channel, including all agreed login credentials, recovery information, and any assets described in the listing.
6. Marketplace Conduct
Sellers must communicate professionally, cooperate during disputes, and provide accurate information when requested by the LoginUSLab support team. Fraudulent activity, deceptive listings, or attempts to bypass the marketplace may result in account suspension, listing removal, or permanent marketplace bans.
