1. Overview
The LoginUSLab Marketplace connects Sellers with Creators (Buyers) who wish to purchase Social media assets. These terms govern your use of the Marketplace specifically, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
2. Transaction Fees
LoginUSLab takes a 30% commission on all sales made through the Marketplace. The remaining 70% is paid directly to the Seller. We reserve the right to modify this fee structure with 30 days written notice to all registered sellers.
3. Dispute Resolution & Refunds
All sales are generally final. However, if a Buyer proves that a asset does not look as advertised within 14 days of purchase, LoginUSLab will mediate the dispute. If the Seller cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
