1. Overview
The LoginUSLab Marketplace connects developers (Sellers) with users (Buyers) who wish to purchase automation scripts and AI agents. These terms govern your use of the Marketplace specifically, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
2. Transaction Fees
LoginUSLab takes a 20% commission on all sales made through the Marketplace. The remaining 80% is paid directly to the Seller. We reserve the right to modify this fee structure with 30 days written notice to all registered sellers.
3. Intellectual Property
Sellers retain all intellectual property rights to the scripts they upload. By uploading a script, the Seller grants LoginUSLab a non-exclusive license to distribute, execute, and promote the script on the platform. Buyers receive an execution-only license and do not receive access to the raw source code.
4. Dispute Resolution & Refunds
All sales are generally final. However, if a Buyer proves that a script does not function as advertised within 48 hours of purchase, LoginUSLab will mediate the dispute. If the Seller cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
5. Prohibited Scripts
Scripts designed to perform illegal activities, bypass captchas for malicious purposes, orchestrate DDoS attacks, or compromise user data are strictly prohibited. LoginUSLab actively reviews marketplace submissions and will ban Sellers who violate this policy.
